Zhac was amazing— caught me as I was heading to the laundromat to catch the last wash so he came with me up the street so we could continue our conversation. Not only was he helpful at the wash, he did an excellent job explaining Verizon’s many services. Extremely knowledgeable about said services, and was able to set me up with exactly what I needed. Extremely glad he rang my doorbell this evening! A+
